Arrive at Bagdogra Airport/NJP Station. Scenic drive to Gangtok (4 hours). Check into hotel. Evening walk on MG Marg — Gangtok's vibrant pedestrian boulevard. Welcome dinner with traditional Sikkimese thukpa.

Day 2

Tsomgo Lake & Nathula Pass

Early morning drive to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft). Continue to Nathula Pass (14,140 ft) on the India-China border (permit required). Visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple. Return to Gangtok by evening.
